Very cozy atmosphere. Very friendly cheerful service. Wide choice on the menu. Deliciously seasoned spare ribs (cook a little longer, please) - I don't like to chew. Generous portions. With fries, mayonnaise and salad everywhere. A nice end to a wonderful holiday.
Unfortunately, we had a less positive experience than most people. We went with two young children (3 years and 6 months) and ordered the main course within 5 minutes, stating that we had less time due to bedtime. After 40 minutes the food wasn't there yet, it turned out they were waiting until we finished the bread (which wasn't going to happen). Pretty bummed. We were promised that it would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later it was on the table. We also found the quality of the food (chicken satay and spare ribs) not good, and therefore neither did the price/quality. Too bad we didn't even have time for the (free) coffee.
There was a large group present in the restaurant, which may have had an influence and that we ended up with the short straw.

We have eaten here before, but this time we and I think all other guests are convinced that the service is lacking. Reserved table and the weather is nice, not a single table has been set inside or outside, but you are required to eat inside while the weather is super nice, the reason is that they have no service outside. It is very cold inside and the air conditioning is on high and should not be turned down or off. Everyone who comes in afterwards, at least another 5 families/groups, asks the same question as us. In the meantime, there are also people outside having drinks. Children choose a children's menu and literally 2 boxes are placed on the table, in which the food is loose. When you request a plate, you are looked at strangely. Service really unfriendly, curt, snarky.
Great food, there was plenty of it.

We had a delicious meal here. We have been there twice and had different dishes twice. Also plenty of choice for the children with small (quite large ;)) portions. When it became a bit busier, unfortunately the glasses and plates were left on other tables, which made the atmosphere a bit messy. The second time it was better.... So not quite the full 5.
Friendly service. Dogs are welcome. Long waiting time for the order to be taken. Ordered mixed grill. Meat was tasty but not really warm. Large portion of fries but had to pay a supplement.
